If the Powerconf speakerphone cannot be detected by your phone or laptop when in pairing mode, please try these steps and see whether they help resolve the issue:

 

  • Reset the speakerphone
  • Delete the history Bluetooth connection on your phone or laptop, then restart your phone or laptop and pair it with the speakerphone again to see if the issue can be resolved
  • Try pairing the speakerphone with another device
